How would you feel if you had a baggy of while flour dumped on your head while at a public event? Would you be humiliated or angry? Well according to latest reports, Kim Kardashian’s not too happy about it happening to her.

While posing on the red carpet in West Hollywood, Kim Kardashian who was there to celebrate the launch of her new fragrance, True Reflection, was ambushed by an animal rights activist reportedly linked to PETA and had a baggy of white flour thrown on her head. The woman was quickly arrested and Kim was rushed in side to clean off, however that did not stop the celebration for the reality star. Hours later she was back out to meet and greet with the fans, simply brushing of the whole situation, literally. But now, Kim Kardashian may be taking this who unfortunate incident to court.

Kim Kardashian has now released a statement saying she “might” press charges, “I don’t want someone to think they can really get away with that,” the reality star said. In support of her sister, the youngest Kardashian, Khloe has decided to remove all ties she has to PETA. The once advocate supporter of PETA posed nude in the “I’d rather go naked then wear fur” campaign, but days after the incident happened the sister quit the organization.

Khloe wrote on her blog, “I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise, not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior.” She adds: “I’ve been a vocal supporter of PETA for a long time but I have also been very vocal about anti-bullying, so this was a huge disappointment for me. As you all know, I don’t condone violence and bullying and what happened last Thursday was just that.”
