As in every sport, track lost a couple of keys players for the upcoming season. Coach Aubrey is looking to start competing for a conference championship and is looking for an overall improvement from all of his returning players. He to as three of his 4×4 runners returning this season who have been down state and are going to be looked t as the leaders of their area on the team. Sam Wietlispach and John Hosey are also going to be leaders. Coach Aubrey is also aiming to send some of his members down to Sectionals and qualify for State. When it comes to each individual area however, the only area that may suffer is distance because of the loss of players in that area. Sprint and throwing look promising and area expected to excel. Overall, Coach Aubrey is confident in his team and believes that they will stand out as a program, not as individual athletes.
